NSCA Foundations of Coaching Lifts Course
(Continuing Education Course by NSCA Global Chapter Singapore)
The Foundations of Coaching Lifts Course prepares individuals to confidently coach essential weight room movements. This course is designed by leading experts in strength and conditioning and covers the four key lifts: the squat, bench press, push press, and power clean. Learners will gain in-depth knowledge of the anatomical and physiological principles behind these lifts, learn to identify and correct technique errors for safety and effectiveness in training.

Learning Outcomes
Upon successful completion of the course, the participants will be able to:
Understand the coaching application of compound lifts.
Demonstrate the ability to identify correct technique and progression through coaching cues and constructive feedback.

Up to $1000.00 for Singaporeans 25 years and above
50% of unfunded course fees (before GST) for NTUC members with minimum 75% attendance rate, capped at $250.00/year for members below 40 years old, and $500.00/year for members 40 years and above

Upon completion of the course, each participant will be awarded:
NSCA Global Chapter Singapore Certificate of Completion for NSCA Foundations of Coaching Lifts (Upon completion of the course, participants will receive the above-mentioned certificate.)
NSCA Certificate for NSCA Foundations of Coaching Lifts
(Upon passing the NSCA Certification Examination, students will be certified as a NSCA Foundations of Coaching Lifts and receive the NSCA Certificate.)
